Isle-aux-Coudres

Isle-aux-Coudres

The island was discovered in 1535 by Jacques Cartier and named Isle-aux-Coudres due to the abundance of "coudriers" (now called hazel trees). The island sits on the St. Lawrence River and vibrates with a particular energy to the marine environment. Let yourself be charmed by the warmth of the islanders.
